Glessner vs. Maria C. Patterson, David F. Stauffer and William F. Ramsey, administrators of William E. Patterson, deceased, was argued on a rule to show cause why an appeal from the award of the arbitrators should not be stricken off, by H. L. Fisher, esq., for the plaintiff, and N. M. Warner, esq., for the defendants. The court held the matter under advisement. The exceptions to the report of the auditor in the estate of Hannah Maria Winkelfoos, deceased, were argued by N. M. Wanner, esq., for the exceptions, and V. K. Keesey, esq., for the report. They were held under advisement. The case of the Com. Vs. Michael G. Wambaugh was argued on a rule to have a nolle prosequi entered by N. M. Wanner, esq., for the motion and E. D. Bentzel, esq., and H. L. & G. G. Fisher, esqs., for the commonwealth. In the case of Emma L. Rhinehart vs. Luke Rhinehart, a divorce was granted. In the case of H. S. Myers vs. G. W. Hoover, an order of amendment of caption was made. In the case of John Neely vs. John Bair, the death of John Bair was suggested and a rule was granted on the executor to show cause why he should not be substituted as defendant. The widow's appraisement was filed in the estate of Nathaniel Abel, dec'd. Estate of John Strotbeck, dec'd., an order of sale awarded. Estate of Susan Sheffer, order of sale awarded and permission granted to the administrator to bid at the sale. DIED DRAYER - On the 1st inst. At 9:33 p.m., Mary Jane, daughter of John and Sarah Drayer, aged 24 years, 9 months and 5 days. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the parents' residence, No. 19 South Newberry street tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon; services at 2:30; interment at Prospect Hill cemetery.
