TWO HOUSES DESTROYED Dillsburg has not had a very large fire for several years, but in the fire that destroyed the twin houses of B. F. Sheesley, on Welty Avenue, early Thursday morning, two of the most desirable residences in the town are gone. The fire was discovered by Mr. Geo. B. Eurich, the mail carrier, shortly after 2 o'clock and from the information at hand it would seem that the fire started in the attic and it is claimed that a five gallon oil can was discovered near the burned building, on Thursday morning. The fire had a big start before it was discovered and when the Hose Company apparatus arrived on the scene there was little to be done except watch that the sparks did not ignite nearby property. The residences were erected some years ago for Mrs. John N. Logan, of York, and were modern in their appointments, but were too expensive for the tenant of ordinary income and were vacant a great part of the time on this account, and there was no one living in them at the time of the fire.
