Barnitz Real Estate Sold

Alvin R. Nissly, administrator of the estate of John H. Barnitz, late of Hanover, sold at 
public sale Thursday, Nov. 20th, the following real estate of said decedent:

Tract No. 1 – A tract of woodland, situate in Berwick township, Adams county, containing 4 
acres and 216 perches, was purchased by Alfred Wildasin, of Blooming Grove, at $13.75 per acre.

Tract No. 2 – A tract of woodland, situate in Berwick township, containing 3 acres and 28 
perches, bought by Reuben Altland, of Abbottstown, at $18.75 per acre.

Tract No. 3 – A two-story frame dwelling, No. 335 Franklin street.  Purchased, Conrad Bless, of 
Hanover, at $1,116.  Possession April 1st, 1914.

S. H. Crawford, of Hanover, was the auctioneer.
