Nissly, administrator of the estate of John H. Barnitz, late of Hanover, sold at public sale Thursday, Nov. 20th, the following real estate of said decedent: Tract No. 1 – A tract of woodland, situate in Berwick township, Adams county, containing 4 acres and 216 perches, was purchased by Alfred Wildasin, of Blooming Grove, at $13.75 per acre. Tract No. 2 – A tract of woodland, situate in Berwick township, containing 3 acres and 28 perches, bought by Reuben Altland, of Abbottstown, at $18.75 per acre. Tract No. 3 – A two-story frame dwelling, No. 335 Franklin street. Purchased, Conrad Bless, of Hanover, at $1,116. Possession April 1st, 1914. S. H. Crawford, of Hanover, was the auctioneer.
