Charged With Desertion

High Constable John A. Duttera arrested Harry E. Dubbs, of Manheim Township, 
yesterday on a warrant issued by Alderman Walter F. Owen, of York, on oath of 
Dubbs’ wife, charging him with desertion and non-support.

The defendant entered bail for a hearing at York, on Saturday at 10 a.m.
