Erdmann Estate Totals $15,203.50

This sale of the estate of the late Carl Erdmann amounted to $9,843.50, while on 
Friday the Erdmann property on Baltimore street, was sold for $5,360 to P. D. 
Masenheimer, making a total of $15,202.50.

Erdmann Property Sold

The property of the late Carl Erdmann, on Baltimore Street, which was offered at 
public sale February 4th, was sold to P. D. Masenheimer of Baltimore Street, for 
$5,360.

Sale of Antiques

A number of antiques were sold at the public sale of the personal property of 
the late Carl Erdmann, Baltimore Street, last Friday, as follows:

Inlaid mahogany bureau, fully equipped with glass knobs to Miss Sarah Sneeringer 
for $8.10.

Old desk to Thomas Miller for $1.60.

Oak chest and two spinning-wheels to N. Wagner for $2.15.

Solid gold watch and chain to J. W. Fischer, $14.

Antique oak corner-cupboard to E. Sullivan, $2.60.
