MARRIED 50 YEARS
Mr. and Mrs. Walter E. GRIMM, 631 South Duke street, observed their 50th wedding 
anniversary yesterday.

Mr. and Mrs. GRIMM were married July 24, 1910, by the latter's uncle, the later 
Rev. A. R. AYRES, then pastor of Second EUB church.

Mrs. GRIMM is the former Mary E. CRAUMER, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. E. 
S. CRAUMER, and Mr. GRIMM is the son of the later Mr. and Mrs. Noah GRIMM.

They have two children, Navy Capt. Edward E. GRIMM, now in command of the USS 
Des Moines, flagship of the Sixth fleet, presently assigned to Mediterranean 
duty, and Mrs. Roy L. JACOBY, 2794 Meadowbrook boulevard.  There are three 
grandchildren. [photo with article]
