Harry L. and Emmanuel E. Katz have been arrested and are under $3,000 bail each for trial. A warrant has also been issued for Moses E. Katz, who is said to be at present in Philadelphia. All were members of the bankrupt firm of Katz & Frugoli, in Atlantic City. It is charged that the three brothers purchased fully $30,000 worth of goods from firms with which they had standing accounts, misappropriating the proceeds for the sales. Frugoli was not concerned in the deals, it is stated. To dispose rapidly of the produce, it is alleged that hotel proprietors and cottagers were offered supplies at prices far below market quotations. The three accused men are sons of Moses M. Katz, who for some years conducted a second hand store in York. Emanuel Katz for several years was manager of a furniture store in the Dellone building on Carlisle St., having closed out the business and moved to Atlantic City more than a year ago.
