Harry F. Shue, Deputy sheriff, Tuesday afternoon apprehended Ethel Kern, 15 year-old daughter 
of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Kern, Jackson township, and returned her to her parents’ home.  Deputy 
Sheriff Shue arrested the girl upon the advice of her parents.  Mr. Kern told the deputy 
sheriff that the girl has been incorrigible for some time and advised Mr. Shue to arrest her if 
seen there.
