Veteran Here From Kansas

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kessler, of Leavenworth, Kansas, arrived on June 25, at the 
home of his brother, William Kessler, and wife, York street extended.

Mr. and Mrs. Kessler are well up in years, he being 79 years and she 81 years of 
age.  They were formerly of this section, going West over 35 years ago.  Mr. 
Kessler, who was a successful farmer in that section, retired several years ago.

Mr. Kessler is a veteran of the Civil war, and will attend the reunion at 
Gettysburg this week.
