The accident occurred about 10 a.m. and attracted a number of people. Young Kroh is feeble minded, and by reason of this condition, he is often the victim of teasing, at the hands of thoughtless boys. His passion is uncontrollable, and it was in one of these spells that he hurled the stone. The glass is insured in a company represented by J. H. Brough, who will have charge of the adjustment of the damage. The Hanover Herald – Saturday, August 28, 1909
