Record Price of $585.65 An Acre

Charles E. Moul, executor of the estate of Mrs. Susan B. Moul, late of Hanover, 
sold at public sale on Wednesday the following real estate of said decedent:  A 
tract of land, containing 7 acres and 126 perches, situate on the North side of 
Ridge avenue, in Penn township, near the borough limits.  D. Guy Hollinger was 
the purchaser at $585.65 an acre, the highest price paid for land in the section 
for many years.  The total price of the tract was $4,565.
