Neglected Horse

Wednesday evening High Constable Kiser arrested Eli J. Resh, of Penn Township, 
on a warrant issued by Squire L. D. Sell, charged on oath of Dr. R. J. Russell, 
State Agent for the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

It is alleged that Resh came to Hanover at an early hour Wednesday and left his 
horse stand on Center Square until late in the afternoon, when local policemen 
had the horse taken to hotel stable where it was fed and watered.

The defendant entered bail for a hearing.
