Harry and Charles Swemley, aged 16 and 19 years, respectively, brothers, 
residing on East King street, this city, were arrested Saturday by Operatives 
Keech and Kuehn of the Charles S. White Detective agency, on a warrant held by 
Constable Fred LaPrairie, of York haven, charged with the larceny of a horse 
belonging to Frank Gross.  The alleged theft occurred at Manchester last week.  
The accused were turned over to Constable Willets and by him committed to jail 
for a hearing before Alderman Harman, this city.
