The will of Reuben Young was probated at York on Tuesday. It was dated Oct. 25, 1911. The subscribing witnesses were Julius W. Fischer and Herbert R. Lemmon. His widow, Augusta L. Young, is named as the executrix. The bequests are as follows: To his devoted wife, Augusta L. Young, he gives the residence, No. 201 Carlisle street, all the household furniture and $35,000 in bonds or stocks, as she may select. To the Foreign Missionary Society and to the Home Missionary Society of the Lutheran church of the West Pennsylvania Synod, each five $1,000 five per cent bonds. To the Superannuated Ministers fund of the Lutheran church of the West Pennsylvania Synod, five $1,000 five per cent bonds. To Mrs. Grace Hogentogler, of Harrisburg, Pa., $1,000 and one $500 five per cent bond. To the Third Lutheran church of Hanover, Pa., one $500 five per cent bond. To the daughters of Mrs. Augusta Craighead, deceased, each a $1,000 five per cent bond. To Charles Young, Emily J. Young, Emelia F. Young, Mrs. Mary A. Young, and Charles E. Eltzer, each $5,000. To the Public Library of Hanover, Pa., $500. To the York city hospital, of York, Pa., two $1,000 bonds. The collateral inheritance tax due the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on the above bequests he directs to be paid out of his estate, so that the said bequests shall pass to the several legatees intact and in full. The residue and remainder of his estate is to be equally divided between the Tressler Orphans’ Home at Loysville, Pa., and the Pennsylvania Children’s Home Society, of Pittsburgh, Pa., of which Rev.
