SUDDEN DEATHS
Last Sunday afternoon Robert ALLEN, a well known citizen of Peach Bottom 
township, died very suddenly from something like heart disease. He had brought 
a bucket of water, made a fire and sat by the stove for a few minutes, when 
feeling unwell he rose to lie down on a lounge. Just as he reached the lounge 
he fell dead.
     Mr. Allen was about 75 years of age and leaves a wife, two sons and a 
daughter. Interment took place at Slate Ridge on Tuesday.
