Ex-Sheriff Altland Dead

Samuel Altland, aged seventy-five years, ex-sheriff of York county, died Monday 
at Dillsburg from heart trouble.

The deceased was one of the best known men of the county, and is survived by 
these children:  P. A. Altland, York; J. H. Altland, Harrisburg; Charles 
Altland, Dillsburg, and Attorney Daniel Altland, of Detroit, Mich.
