All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/york/ _______________________________________________ BAKER Mrs. Catherine Baker aged 61 years, 11 months and 17 days, widow of the late Dr. Baker, died at her home in Franklintown, Saturday evening at 7:40 o'clock, after a lingering illness. Mrs. Baker is survived by two sons, Titus and Charles Baker, both of Carroll township, eight grand-children, one sister, Mrs. Lydia Enders, of York, two half-sister, Mrs. Christ Flohr, Dillsburg, Mrs. J. Wesley Thomsen, of Phoenixville, one brother, Harry Baish, California. The funeral was held from her late home Tuesday afternoon, with short services at the house and further services in the Barrens Church. Interment in adjoining cemetery, services were in charge of her pastor, Rev. Earl Shoap. The pallbearers were: James Lau, William Heiges, Harvey Elicker, Millard Shultz, John Wolf and James Strickler. Dillsburg Weekly Bulletin, Friday, October 27, 1916
