Miss Phoebe Barley died at the home of her aunt, Mrs. William Wildasin, Hanover, 
at 12:45 a.m. Saturday of brain fever, after an illness of two weeks, aged 14 
years, 8 months and 3 days.  She was a daughter of Harry Barley, of New 
Danville, Lancaster county, and made her home with her grandmother, Mrs. Geo. 
Hoffman, of Hanover.  Two weeks ago Miss Barley went to her aunt's home on a 
visit, where she took sick suddenly and died Saturday morning.
