Baum, 65, Black Rock, a Manheim Township official and former school teacher, died Saturday at 9:15 p.m. at the Carroll County General Hospital, Westminster. He was an adopted son of the late Wesley and Annie Miller Baum, and was a member of Black Rock Church of the Brethren. Mr. Baum was auditor of the Manheim township road board and until his retirement in 1965 had served as an elementary school teacher for 38 years. He is survived by three brothers, John L. Sullivan, Fairfield; David H. Sullivan, York, and Noah M. Sullivan, Hershey. the Rev. N. S. Sellers, a former pastor of his church, will conduct the funeral service tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Black Rock Church of the Brethren. The body will lie in state from 1:30 to 2 p.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Geiple funeral home, Glen Rock, this evening from 7 to 9. Handwritten date of Aug 13, 1966
