Mrs. Susan J. Blin-Singer, widow of Edward C. Blin-Singer, a native of this 
section and who a number of years ago with her late husband lived in East 
Berlin, her maiden name being Zartman, died Tuesday of last week at the 
University hospital, where she had been removed to by her son, Curtis E. Blin-
Singer, from his home at Marcus Hook.  The body arrived in York last Saturday 
morning, services being held over the body in the C. A. Strack Memorial chapel, 
York, Saturday by Rev. Geo. W. Enders.  Several selections were rendered by the 
mourners, who were under the direction of H. A. Bailey.  These hymns were 
selected by the deceased before her death.  Friends served as pallbearers.  
Interment was in Prospect Hill cemetery.
