Blymire at Dallastown FOUND DEAD IN BARN Dallastown, Nov. 24 - Hillary J. Blymire was found dead in a born at the rear of his home at 301 West Main Street at 5 PM today, a victim of the cerebral hemorrhage. Alvin, a son discovered the body when he went to the barn to learn why it was taking his father so long to do the evening chores. Mr. Blymire was aged 75 years, 10 months and 11 days. Mr. Blymire had been in good health and had not complained of feeling ill when he left the house to go to the barn about half an hour before his body was found. His body was found at the foot of the stairs leading to the second floor of the barn. It is believed that Mr. Blymire was going to the second floor of the barn to get to me when he suffered the fatal attack. Dr. J. T. Harbold was summoned when Mr. Blymire's body was found. He pronounced the man dead. Mr. L. U. Zeck, County coroner, was notified in came here. After viewing the body the coroner signed to death certificate. Mr. Blymire is survived by his widow, Catherine, and the following children: William, Alvin and Ursula, at home; Mrs. Bert Ness, Spry; Mrs. Emanuel Bupp, York, R.D.2; Mrs. Della Rosh, Reading, and Mrs. Elvin Stabley and Raymond, at this place. The following brothers and sisters also survived: Lawrence and Mr. Ory Reichard, this place; Mrs. William McDowell, Olean, New York; William, Red Lion and Miss Elizabeth Blymire, York. The funeral services will be conducted at his late residence, 301 West Main Street, and 1 PM Sunday. Further services will be held at the United Brethren Church, Rev. E. C. B. Castle, pastor of United Brethren church, will officiate. Funeral director Purd A. Riedel, of the W. F. Gladfelter Co. will be in charge of the funeral.
