Hanover, The Evening Sun Wed, Jun 03, 1942 
Mrs. Gertrude Bonner, 70, wife of John A. Bonner, Allentown, and a former
resident of McSherrystown, died yesterday morning at 10.15 o'clock in the
Allentown hospital. Mrs. Bonner, a daughter of Jacob and Sarah Johns, late of
McSherrystown, had resided in Allentown for nearly 42 years. Surviving are her
husband, two sons, Eugene and Raymond, Allentown; four grandchildren; one
brother, Preston Johns, St. Louis, Mo., and one sister, Mrs. May Blott, St.
Louis. Mrs. Bonner was a member of the Immaculate Conception church and of the
auxiliary of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. The funeral will be held on
Friday meeting at 8.30 o'clock at the Charles H. Becker funeral home, Allentown.
A high mass of requiem will be celebrated in the Immaculate Conception church.
Allentown. Interment will be made in Mt. Olivet cemetery, here.
