Mrs. Sophie E. Brandt

Mrs. Sophie E. Brandt, 40 years old, died Sunday night at the family residence 
in York.  Death was due to a complication of diseases after a sickness of 
several days.  She leaves the following children:  Mrs. Harry Yessler, Mrs. 
Robert Ridinger, Mrs. Jacob Rudy, all of York, and the Misses Mary and Ruth 
Brandt, at home.  She also leaves her mother, Mrs. Julia Anna Shanabrook, and 
one sister, Mrs. Albert Wildasin, both of Hanover.

Funeral from the family residence Wednesday at 2 o’clock, the Rev. Peter 
Livingston, pastor of St. Mark’s Lutheran church, officiating.  Burial in 
Greenmount cemetery.
