MRS. RACHEL E. CAMPBELL
The funeral of Mrs. Rachel E. CAMPBELL, who died Sabbath, April 18, at 8:30 
p.m. at her home near Collinsville, after a ten day illness of pneumonia, was 
held in the United Presbyterian church, last Tuesday. The services were 
conducted by Rev. G. A. Rosenberg, former pastor of the U.P. church, but who 
recently resigned, assisted by Rev. T. G. Baxter of Pine Grove Presbyterian 
church. Mrs. CAMPBELL was formerly from Hopewell township. Since her marriage 
to Mr. John CAMPBELL several years ago, she has been a member of the United 
Presbyterian church, and will be very sadly missed there. She was president of 
the Ladies Missionary Society at the time of her death. She was the last 
member of the family.
     She is survived by her husband. Mr. John CAMPBELL. Mrs. CAMPBELL was 73 
years old. The floral tributes were numerous and beautiful. The pallbearers 
were Marvin and Harry CAMPBELL, Jos. GROVE, Daniel GLACKIN, E. W. STEWART and 
Lawrence BROWN. 
     Interment was made in the church cemetery.
