OSCAR MILLER DIE IN YORK HOSPITAL Two York county women succumbed Monday evening in the York hospital to burns sustained last week. They are Mrs. Harry Coble, of Cly, Newberry township, who passed away at 6:30 o’clock, and Mrs. Oscar Miller, Thomasville, who died at 8:20 o’clock. Mrs. Coble, who was 35 years old, sustained severe burns to her body last Wednesday morning when a quantity of oil spilled from a lamp and set fire to her clothing. She leaves her husband and two children, Stella and Grace, at home, also, the following brothers and sisters: Charles, Cly; Sylvan, Waynesboro, Mrs. Carter Wolf, Steelton, and Harry Mansberger, York R. F. D. No. 1. Her father, Granville Mansberger, is also living. The dress of Mrs. Oscar Miller, of Thomasville, ignited last Saturday while she was engaged in baking and her body was burned almost to a crisp. Mrs. Miller was 65 years old. The body was removed to the residence of Mrs. Miller’s son, Charles Miller, Thomasville, with whom she and her husband resided. Mrs. Miller leaves, beside her husband, six sons, Clayton, of York; John, of Thomasville; Harvey, of New Oxford; Benton, of East Berlin; Charles and Ryno, of Thomasville, and three daughters, Mrs. Walter Graham, of Baltimore; Mrs. Effie Lindaman, of Berwick, Pa., and Mrs. C. S. Rebert, of Hanover; one brother, Amos Jacobs, West York, and a sister, Mrs. Isaac Hoechst, of East Berlin.
