Eliza Ann Craumer

Following a sickness of 12 weeks of a complication of diseases, Mrs. Eliza Ann 
Craumer, widow of the late Jackson Craumer, died Sunday evening at 5:30 o'clock 
at the family residence 445 Baltimore Street. She was aged 79 years and eight 
days.

Mrs. Craumer was born near Jefferson and was a daughter of the late Henry and 
Sarah Houck. Sixty-two years ago she was married to Mr. Craumer, who preceded 
her in death twenty-one years ago.

She is survived by five children, Robert Craumer and Mrs. Harry Beard, 
Centennial Ave; Charles Craumer, West Middle Street; Mrs. Harry Shields, 
Philadelphia, and Mrs. Charles Redding Baltimore Street, 22 grand children and 
12 great grandchildren survive.

She was a life long member of the Methodist Church, Frederick St. and of Bible 
class No 12 of the M.E. church taught by Dr. Charles Wagner, and a charter 
member of Hanover Home Communion. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon. 
Services will be conducted at the house at 2 o'clock. The Rev WL Armstrong will 
officiate. Burial will be made in the family plot in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
