CULP

Allen M. Culp was born August 19, 1856, in Lancaster County, died October 15, 
1916, at York, aged 60 years, 1 month and 27 days.  The cause of his death was 
arterio schlerosis.  The body was removed by Undertaker C. G. Elicker to his 
home in Rossville and on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, funeral services were 
conducted in Mount Zion Church by Rev. Ira J. Sollenberger and interment made in 
the cemetery adjoining.  The pall-bearers were Messrs. C. J. Bushey, Tobias 
Bentz, Daniel Wickey and Harry Spahr.  The floral tributes were many.

Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Susan C. Culp and 3 stepchildren, as follows: 
Mrs. John D. Zimmerman, Fort Hunter, Dauphin Co., Mrs. H. W. Hosan, Lawn, 
Lebanon Co., Pa., and Henry E. Jones, who is in the Army.  Also by three 
brothers and a daughter, who reside near Sheafferstown, Lebanon Co., Pa.
