Dubbs, died Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock at her home in Hanover. Death was due to heart trouble from which she suffered for many years. Mrs. Dubbs was a daughter of the late David and Catherine Forney Sprenkle and was born June 3, 1854, in the property known as the old Sprenkle corner, where the Hanover Trust company building now stands. She was a life-long resident of Hanover, and was the last surviving member of her family. Her husband preceded her in death twelve years ago. Surviving her are six children, John C. Dubbs, Gettysburg; Mrs. Guy Shaffer, Hanover; Guy R. Dubbs, Dover; Clarence E. Dubbs and Misses Stella M. and Jennie Marie D. Dubbs, at home; seven grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren. Funeral services Saturday afternoon at the home at two o'clock. The Rev. Winfield S. Harman, pastor of Grace Reformed church, of which she was a member, officiating. Burial in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
