Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the U. B. church, Dallastown, this (Friday) afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, Interment in Home(r) cemetery. Handwritten date of 1 Aug 1918: Miss Elizabeth FISHEL of Dallastown, died at the York County almshouse at 3:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon after two weeks' illness of jaundice. She was sixty- eight years of age. The body was claimed by William T. Jordan of this city. Undertaker Strack prepared the body for burial. Miss Fishel has a sister, Mrs. Eli Daugherty, residing in this city. The deceased was admitted to the institution May 23, 1911. Handwritten date of 1918: Dallastown, Aug 2 (Special to the Gazette and Daily) The funeral of Miss Elizabeth Fishel, who died Wednesday at 3:30 pm at the York county almshouse after two weeks illness of jaundice, was held this afternoon at the Bethlehem United Brethren Church, this place. The deceased, who was 68 years of age, was admitted to the almshouse May 23, 1911. The funerals service was conducted by Rev. C. A. Oliver, pastor of the Westminster Presbyterian church, of York. The pallbearers were Charles E. Daugherty, Van Buren Daugherty, Prof. Urian Daugherty, and Samuel Riedel, of this place. Interment was made in the Home Cemetery, Dallastown.
