Handwritten “1927” on obit

Seven Valleys, Mar. 13- After a long sickness of a complication of diseases, 
George H. FISHEL, died at his home at this place on Saturday at 4:05 a.m. He was 
aged 73 years and 15 days. Besides his wife, Mr. FISHEL is survived by the 
following daughters and sons: Marie FISHEL, a trained nurse of Baltimore, Earney 
G. FISHEL, Austin FISHEL, Claudie FISHEL and Mrs. Clayton LINEBAUGH, all of 
York, Walter R. FISHEL, of this place. He leaves one brother, Frank FISHEL, of 
this place and one sister Miss Sallie FISHEL, also of Seven Valleys. Four 
grandchildren also survive. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, with services 
at this late home at 2 p. m., followed by interment in Mt. Prospect cemetery at 
this place. Rev. S. H. CULLER, pastor of the Seven Valleys Lutheran charge, will 
officiate. Funeral Director C. O. Goodling, of this place, has charge of the 
funeral. The deceased was for five years a rural mail carrier from the local 
post office. Mr. FISHEL was a member of the Lutheran church and Moss Ross 
council, Jr. O. U A. M.
