FISHEL, died at 5 p. m. yesterday at his home, 1520 South George street. He was 78. Formerly engaged in farming in the Shrewsbury and Sticks area, FISHEL retired eight years ago and moved to York. He was a member of Grantley Fire Company. Surviving besides his widow are: 10 children, J. David FISHEL, Hanover R. D. 2, Mrs. Howard SWARTZ, Parkton R. D. 2, Howard FISHEL, Parkton R. D. 2, Mrs. George McCLAIN, New Freedom R. D. 2; Mrs. Clair GLADFELTER, Seven Valleys; Mrs. Paul SWARTZ, Seven Valleys, R. D. 2; Mrs. Raymond KREEGER, Jacobus; Donald FISHEL, Red Lion; Mrs. James WALTEMYER, 546 South Queen street, and Mrs. Daniel WOODING, 1522 South George street; 24 grandchildren, a great-grandchild, a sister, Mrs. Annie MILLER, Shrewsbury, and two brothers, Howard FISHEL, Stewartstown, R. D. 2, and Oram FISHEL, Hagerstown. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p. m. Thursday at the Hartenstein Mortuary, New Freedom. The Rev. Charles KINDER, pastor of Parkton Methodist Charge will officiate, assisted by the Rev. C. M. MITZEL, Shrewsbury. Interment will follow in Joseph Geesey Memorial Cemetery, Shrewsbury.
