Handwritten "1915" on obit


Abbottstown - Dec 27 - Mrs. Mary M. FISHEL, widow of Henry FISHEL, late of North 
Codorus township, died yesterday at 5 a. m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. 
Allen RUDISILL, in Paradise township, near here. Death was due to a dislocated 
hip, sustained two weeks ago when the aged woman fell down a flight of porch 
steps while on a visit at the RUDISILL home. Since the accident, Mrs. FISHEL was 
confined to bed. She was seventy-six years of age.

Another obit: The body was removed to the home of her daughter and son-in-law, 
Mr. and Mrs. Emory RUNK, at Lehman, with whom she resided. The funeral was held 
on Thursday morning at 9:30 at the house and proceeded to Lischey's church, 
where services and interment were conducted by Rev. Irwin S. DITZLER, of East 
Berlin. George W. Sauter, of Menges Mills, had charge of the funeral.
