Death of a Child

Luther Sterner Hamm, son of Mr. and Mrs. George L. Hamm, of No. 164 South 
Hartley street, York, died Tuesday evening, after a brief illness, aged 7 months 
and 16 days.

Mr. and Mrs. Hamm are former Hanoverians, the former being a son of John D. Hamm 
of Carlisle street, while Mrs. Hamm was Miss Annie Sterner, daughter of George 
Sterner, of Blooming Grove.

Funeral services Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock, after which the body was 
brought to this place over the Pennsylvania railroad, arriving at 3:50 p.m., for 
interment in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
