Lydia E. Hardiman

Lydia Eleanora Hardiman died at 8 a.m. Thursday in St. Vincent Hospital, New 
York City.

Mrs. Hardiman resided in New York City and was the wife of the late John M. 
Hardiman.

Mrs. Hardiman was born in York, and was a daughter of the late James G. and 
Ellen K. Ruth Gotwalt.

Survivors include:

A daughter – Phyllis I. Doutrich, Hallam.

Two granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.

Two brothers – Gordon Gotwalt, Hallam, and the Rev. Alfred Gotwalt, Bellefonte, 
Pa.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Brooklyn.  Burial will be in Long 
Island.
