Hartman, 72, of York RD 11, near Highmount, died at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday at Columbia Hospital. He was the husband of Romaine E. Fitzkee Hartman. He was born in Hellam Township and was a son of the late Harry E. and Cora Grimm Hartman. He was a retired employee of Dico Side-O-Matic Inc., Thomasville. He was a member of Fairmount United Methodist Church. Survivors include: Five sons – Donald E. Hartman, 251 Eastland Ave., York; Larry E. Hartman, Wrightsville RD 1; Robert E. Hartman, York RD 11; Richard E. Hartman, 291 Silver Spur Drive, York; and Paul E. Hartman, 3400 Eastern Boulevard, York. Six grandchildren and a step grandson. A brother – Sterling Delliner, 308 Locust St., Wrightsville. Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Etzweiler Funeral Home Inc., 700 Hellam St., Wrightsville. Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Fairmount United Methodist Church. The Rev. Warren A. Swank, his pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Highmount Cemetery.
