Donald S. Hartman Sr.

Donald S. Hartman Sr., 78, of 135 Manchester St., died at 4:01 p.m. Sunday at 
York Hospital.

He was the husband of Luella Baublitz Hartman.

Mr. Hartman was born in Scotland, Franklin County, and was a son of the late 
Lewis and Gertrude Hughes Hartman.

He was a member of Bethlehem Cooperative Parish, Glen Rock, Rock Hose & Ladder 
Co. and the Yankee Athletic Association, York.  He retired in 1972 as a driver 
for Fox-Capital Bakeries.

Survivors include:

A grandson and a great-grandson.

Three bothers – George Hartman, Barley Convalescent Home-East; Chester Hartman, 
Thomasville; and Raymond Hartman, York.

A sister – Mrs. Marie Hershner, Fox Run Apartments, York.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Geiple Funeral Home Inc., 53 Main 
St.  The Rev. Joseph W. Seitz will officiate.  Burial will be in Bethlehem 
(Steltz) Church Cemetery.
