Hartman, 61, of 10 Dixie Drive, died 9 p.m. Thursday at her residence. She was the wife of Richard E. Hartman. The service will be 10 a.m. Monday at the Burg Funeral Home Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity. Mrs. Hartman was born in York County, the daughter of the late Paul E. and Daisy E. (Rohrbaugh) Emenheiser. She was employed as a banker with Dauphin Deposit Bank, Spry. She was also a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ, Freysville. Also surviving are two daughters, Donna R. Miller, Bud Lake, N.J., and Deborah A. Rohrbaugh, York; a step-son, Rick L. Hartman, New York; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Beulah Heidelbaugh, Hellam, and Martha Steidler, York; a brother, Charles Emenheiser, Red Lion; and nieces and nephews.
