Hertz Word has been received here of the death of Edward S. Hertz, a former Hanoverian, who died in Pittsburgh, on Sunday from a complication of diseases. He was aged about 33 years. The deceased was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. S. Hertz, Sr., of Midway. He was a plasterer by trade and left Hanover about two years ago. He was a member of Hanover Aerie No. 1406, F. O. E., Hanover Lodge No. 227, I. O. O. M. and the Plasterers Union of Pittsburgh. The deceased leaves his wife, who was Miss Ethel Lampuge, of Wilmington, Delaware, his parents and the following brothers and sisters, Joseph H. Hertz, of Pennville, William H. Hertz, of Third street, John Hertz, of Ambridge, Pa., Misses Irma, Catharine, Alva, Miriam, Bernadine, Claude and Paul, at home. The Hanover Herald – Saturday, January 8, 1916
