The funeral of Reuben J. Hoffman took place this morning at 9 o'clock from the residence of Mrs. Maria Schultz, on Abbottstown Street.  Rev. Dr. C. M. Stock officated.  The pall-bearers were selected from the Pat---e Lodge, No. 348, F. & A. M., as follows:  H. C. Naill, Dr. F. H. Beard, W. A. Bair, of this place, and Rev. Paul W. Kohler, of Cleveland, Ohio.  After services at the house, the funeral proceeded to the Pines Church, near New Chester, where interment was made.
