Mr. Hubley taught school 34 years, and at the time of his death was a director in the Drover's National bank. He was the founder of the Western Mutual Fire Insurance company. He leaves a family consisting of a wife and the following children: Dr. Hubley, of Norristown, formerly of York; C. E. Hubley, merchant, of East York; William, who runs the homestead; Mrs. Elmer Altland, of West King street, York; Mrs. William Rafe, of Spring Grove, and Daniel and Albert, cigar-makers, who live at home. The funeral will take place Sunday morning. There will be services at the house at 9 o'clock and interment at Wolf's church. York Press, York, PA, Saturday evening, November 18, 1899
