Hezekiah KINTER, one of the best known fanciers in the is section of the State, died at the home of his birth in Carroll township, near Dillsburg, which he occupied with his sister, Miss Annie KINTER, last night at 11:07 o’clock. Death was due to a stroke of paralysis, which occurred at 5:30 a. m. From the time of the stroke until death, Mr. KINTER did not regain consciousness. He had suffered a stroke about nine months before, but had apparently recovered, attending to his duties as usual during the fall. Mr. KINTER specialized on fancy poultry, exhibiting his birds at the big fairs of the East, during the Summer and Fall. During the winter months he manufactured brooms and had a wide circle of acquaintances in that business. He was a staunch Republican, and had served several terms as tax collector of Carroll township. For twenty years he was a trustee and treasurer of Arnold's United Brethren church. He was aged 65 years. Four sisters, Miss Annie KINTER, with whom he resided, Mrs. Celesta TROSTEL, Dillsburg, Mrs. Charles P. MILLER, Franklin Township, and Mrs. Levi FISHEL, Carroll township, survive him. The funeral will be held on Thursday with services in Arnold's church, and interment in the Dillsburg Cemetery.
