The funeral will be held this Wednesday morning in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church of Hanover. He was twice married, first to Miss Mary Soliday, who died about 30 years ago, and by whom two daughters survive, Mrs. Geo. T. Schmidt at Washington, D. C., and Miss Laura, at home. About 21 years ago he married Miss Emily Weirick of Gettysburg who died about 11 months ago. He is also survived by three brothers and two sisters, William, of Taneytown, Francis of Frederick, N. E. Krebs, and Mrs. Maggie Yantis of Hanover, and Mrs. Clara Douglass of Woodsboro, Md. Gettysburg Compiler – Wednesday, March 17, 1909
