Alverta M. Lehr of West York died at 12:16 p.m. Sept. 6 at Memorial Hospital.  She was 89.

She leaves two daughters Gloria R. Thompson, West York and Joanna M. O’Neil, Manchester; a great-great-granddaughter; and 
a sister, Betty Shaull, Red Lion.

William E. Little Funeral Home Inc., 60 S. Main St., Manchester, is in charge of arrangements.
