MITZEL -- on Aug. 13, 1948, and 4 AM at his residence, James Mitzel, 649 West 
Broadway, Red Lion, husband of Katie Ann Smith Mitzel, age 67 years and 11 
months.
     Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Monday Aug. 16 
at 2 PM at the Burg Funeral Home, Red Lion. Interment in Windsor Cemetery.
     Friends may call at the Burg Funeral Home on Sunday evening from 7 to 9.

James Garfield Mitzel
Funeral services for James Garfield Mitzel, husband of Mrs. Katie Ann Smith 
Mitzel, who died Friday morning at his residence, 649 West Broadway, were 
conducted yesterday afternoon at Burg funeral home.
     Rev. Dr. J. Stewart Glen, pastor of the local Bethany E. U. B. Church, 
officiated. Pall bearers were these members from the men's Bible class of 
Bethany E. U. B. Sunday school, of which Mr. Mitzel was a member: Wilton 
Thompson, teacher, W. Miles Heindel, W. Russell Strayer, Leon and Herold Smith 
and C.P. Stabley. Interment was in Windsor Cemetery.
