MRS. DANIEL R MITZEL
Mrs. David DONAVEN received word Tuesday of the death of her step-mother, also 
her aunt Mrs. Daniel R. MITZEL, nee Katie TROUT - Gorsuch. Mrs. MITZEL died at 
her home, Bethany, Butler County, Ohio, Sunday August 18, 1912. Interment 
Wednesday August 21, 1912.  As Katie TROUT, she married Nicholas GORSUCH and 
early moved to Ohio. After a long life together, Mr. GORSUCH died. Later she 
married Daniel R. MITZEL, brother-in-law, he having married her younger 
sister, Henrietta TROUT. Mrs. MITZEL leaves a large family of children and 
step-children who reside in various states. In Pennsylvania she leaves on 
brother William TROUT, Stewartstown and one sister Mrs. John MARSTELLER, New 
Park. Mrs. MITZEL was a daughter of William TROUT.
