Funeral Held For Dr. A. O. Mullen

The funeral services for the Rev. Dr. Albert Oswald Mullen, pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran 
church, Spring Grove, who died at the parsonage of the church, Tuesday morning, were held 
Friday morning with services in St. Paul’s church at 10 o’clock.

The Rev. Dr. Earl J. Bowman, pastor of St. James’ Lutheran church, a co-worker on the committee 
on Ministerial students of the West Pennsylvania synod, officiated.  Interment was made in Rose 
Hill cemetery, Hagerstown.

The pallbearers were the members of the church council, elders, William H. Menges and George S. 
Bollinger; deacons, W. Clarence Senft, Lucian Swartz, Robert T. Menges and Elmer S. Hinman.
