Mrs. Florence Carrie Mummert, wife of Howard Mummert, 623 York Street, died at 
her home this morning at 5:12 o'clock.  Death was due to pneumonia.  She was 
aged 55 years.  Mrs. Mummert was a daughter of the late Alfred and Georgiana 
Chronister Crook.  Surviving are her husband; four sons, Alvin Mummert 623½ York 
street; Merle, Harry and Robert Mummert, at home, one grandchild and the 
following sisters and brothers, Mrs. Grant Fasnacht, Lebanon; Calvin Crook, 
Hanover RD; Mrs. Milton Elicker, Franklintown; William Crook, Hanover; Mrs. 
Curvin Heusner, Hanover, and Chester Crook, Littlestown.  The funeral will be 
held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the W. A. Feiser funeral home, Carlisle 
street.  The Rev. Kenneth D. James, pastor of the New Chester Lutheran charge 
and the Rev. J. Harold Little, former pastor of that charge will officiate.  
Burial will be made in the Pines Church cemetery, New Chester.
