Following an illness of three weeks from a complication of diseases, George 
Mummert died at 10:45 a.m. today at his home, 264 Locust street.  He was aged 
sixty-six years.  The deceased is survived by his wife, three sons, and one 
daughter – Calvin Mummert, Conowago township, Adams county; Austin Mummert, Baer 
avenue;  Harry and Miss Alice Mummert, at home.  He is also survived by two 
brothers and two sisters -  Mrs. John Trone, of Parkville;   Mrs. Rebecca 
Wildasin, of  Pleasant Hill; Daniel Mummert, of Blooming Grove, and Matthias 
Mummert, of East Middle street, Hanover.  Funeral Friday, December 26, at 1:30 
p.m., Rev. M. J. Roth officiating.
