Mummert, 71, of 3608 North Third street, Harrisburg, died at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday in Harrisburg Polyclinic Hospital, where she was a patient eight weeks. She was a native of this place. Widow of Allen C. Mummert, she was a daughter of the late John H. and Kathryne Mickley. She moved to the Harrisburg area in 1915. Mrs. Mummert belonged to St. John’s United Church of Christ, Harrisburg, and held memberships in Pioneer Golden Age, Second Horizons and Square Golden Age Clubs of Harrisburg. Surviving are three sons, Russell E. and Floyd E. Mummert, both of Harrisburg; Harold L. Mummert, Camp Hill; a sister, Mrs. Mary Sowers, 150 Jasper street; York; two brothers, Titus Mickley, Gillett, Pa., and Eugene Mickley, 1517 Monroe street, York, and eight grandchildren. Her pastor, the Rev. Braynard E. Kurkowski, will officiate at funeral services at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Kimmel Funeral Home, 2001 Market street, Harrisburg.
