Isabella Noel

Miss Isabella Noel, aged 73 years, died May 28th at the home of her niece, Mrs. 
Ida Wise, 1130 West King Street, York, following a week’s illness due to a 
stroke of paralysis.  Miss Noel is survived by one sister, Mrs. John Fowler, of 
Dayton, Ohio.
